1. Are these cosmetics genuine? Aren't these producing any side effects?

A. The cosmetics are dermatologically tested and certified for usage. All of these contain everything like list of ingredients, directions for use, and the types of skin to which these are suitable, on the packet itself to avoid confusion. If somebody still ignores such level of transparency Radiantrendz won't be held responsible if something negative occurs. Though, the news about getting extremely disastrous outcomes haven't being heard so far.

2. May I send the products across somewhere else despite of me being the buyer?

A. Yes, you may send the products anywhere on the globe once you are done with the payment. Since we do not have the option of multiple shipping, the address would be needed to modify right after you check out to pay.

3. Will I be able to track my order?

A. Once you are done with the payment we will send you the confirmation receipt and also the tracking number to your email address so that you may track your order.

4. What if I get broken/wrong/expired products or no products even after patiently waiting?

A. You will need to contact us the moment you realize that some issues need to be addressed soon as possible. Kindly do this within the first few days of receiving your package. The further job will be done once you start the communication with our customer support department. Please read for more information in our Returns and Refunds section.

5. What is an average time to get the products?

A. Since we have two kinds of shipping methods the average time to receive the package will be different in both the cases. The DHL requires around 2 weeks and Express Shipping takes 3 to 5 days for getting the items delivered to respective addresses.

6. If a peculiar issue arises in which I have already bought a set of products and now want to buy more, will that be possible that the products are sent altogether and I don't have to pay for additional shipping charges for this another set of products?

A. Yes, it is possible. You may call our customer service representative for this issue and (s)he will be helping you out with making all the orders altogether so that these aren't shipped separately and you don't pay extra. But you need to do this real quick. If you delay for even 24 hours the request will most probably not accepted since your previous order will likely dispatch from our warehouse.
